Domagoj Mikulić

Domagoj Mikulić is Government appointed State Secretary within the Ministry of Regional Development and EU Funds.
As a State secretary he bears overall responsibility for the system of strategic planning at the national level based on the National Development Strategy and corresponding legal acts and with that he overseas overall coordination of EU funds within Cohesion policy including cross-border, interregional and macroregional strategies as well as EEA grants. In his prior positions Mr Mikulić held diverse roles ranging from a Representative in the Croatian Parliament (2017-2020) to high-level positions at the Croatian Agency for Agriculture and Food. With an academic background in agroeconomics, he combines deep governmental experience with academic insights and practical and theoretical expertise in his field.
